:It's definitely one stage. I just tested it, and it just said ". . . Attack rose" rather than ". . . Attack rose sharply", and I could also use four on the same Pokémon in the same battle without switching out. Since I didn't have seven of any of them, I tried again, this time using Rock Polish to increase a Geodude's speed to the maximum six level increase, and it wouldn't let me use an X Speed on it, confirming that if it had been two stages, I wouldn't have been able to use four on the same Pokémon. ::No, you need to raise it to five levels, not six. After raising it to six, you can't raise it by one stage either. [[User:Ztobor|Ztobor]] 17:16, 12 July 2010 (UTC) | |||
