Looking at the article's discussion page, you will find an entry from 2008 agreeing with me: ""Thanks for the memories" has been a saying long before Fall Out Boy turned it into a song." Why do not you just remove it? We're not removing it from one article and leaving it on the others just cause one person finds it "irrelevant".
