Pal Park: Difference between revisions

Pal Park is a large area consisting of a large park and a small entry building. It was constructed just recently, on {{rt|221}}, to help trainers trade over their Pokémon from a distant region. After reaching the end of {{rt|221}}, the large Pal Park building is visible. Entering the building will take the player into the lobby, where they can accept to take part in the Daily Catching Show by talking to the Park Ranger. There are two floors in the lobby. The first is where registration for the show takes place. A woman on the left side of the building will tell the player their highest score achieved in the Catching Show. There is also a woman on the ground floor, who will give the {{player}} the [[Pokétch]] applications "Kitchen Timer" and "Color Changer", respectively, if she is shown a {{p|Snorlax}} and a {{p|Kecleon}}. The second floor is accessible using the stairs on the right. Many people come up here to see all of the shows, as there are glass windows from which the entire park can be seen. In total, there are seven people within the lobby.

In HeartGold and SoulSilver, Pal Park is located in Fuschia City, replacing the Safari Zone from Generations I and III. It holds the exact same function as Sinnoh's Pal Park, except the Pokétch apps are not available, as well as the three backgrounds available in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum if the player has Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald in the cartridge. However, the FireRed and LeafGreen cartridges in the slot will still yield the Crown and Tiara accessories, respectively. It is instantly available when the player arrives in Fuschia City.
