It seems that Pokesho's romaji of Evice's Japanese name is Warudakku, which can be formalized as Waldack. Pokésho usually have these names right. Should Waldack be added as his true Japanese name (alongside the alias of Mayor Backley)? If no one responds within the next month or so, I'll take that as a yes and add it in.
