::I don't think Cameron's Lucario is really comparable to Togetic or Axew, given that it's a Pokémon that belongs to a supporting character and was only seen in 8 episodes. :::That, to me, seems like a weird place to draw a line in the sand. Larvitar and Nebby have been confirmed to be Ash's Pokémon, and like Togetic, weren't placed in a ball.
