:It varies from case to case. Any Pokémon with a move it can't get through level-up, breeding, tutoring, TM/HM, purification, or any other way I forgot to mention is hacked. Same with abilities; a {{a|Wonder Guard}} {{p|Spiritomb}} is one of the most popular hacked Pokémon out there. And sometimes, a Pokémon is just so ridiculous, you can tell it's hacked. I'm looking at my brother's Pearl Version (shh, don't tell him I took it), and he got a lv. 100 [[alternate coloration|shiny]] {{p|Deoxys}} that once had the [[Pokérus]] and was apparently "met at level 0" off the GTS.
