It used to say "{{a|Rock Head}} and {{a|Reckless}} do not affect Steel Beam ''as it is not a [[recoil]]-based move''", but being "a recoil-based move" is not a sufficient condition to be affected by Rock Head and Reckless; and also because there's no proof it's not a "recoil move" (which is a non-strictly defined term that has no immediate usefulness; we know it's unlike Take Down and all the other "standard" recoil moves, but you technically cannot prove it's not "recoil"). | |||
