It's not affected by evasion, the article says, this and the fact that it says "100%" accuracy on the infobox leads me to believe that it is affected by accuracy. : UPDATE - I can confirm that (at least in [[Generation VI]]) Chip away does '''not''' ignore changes to the user's accuracy - it does have only 100% accuracy.  I fished up some {{p|Basculin}} in [[Laverre City]], and while no amount of {{m|Double Team}}s saved my Gardevoir from Chip Away, as little as two {{m|Flash}}es did.  --''[[User:Stratelier|Stratelier]]'' 00:19, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
