::... and it's very rare for an article to be based on a wikipedia one: you could easily say that it's because you normaly don't want that article (yet), specialy when we're talking about a wiki that's too much general on those matters. So why does {{template|WikipediaBased}} exist, when there are certain wikis from our partnership that sometimes write something notable before Bulbapedia?
