So at the start of the episode, Raiden was training his Feraligatr against Pokemon who may compete in the tournament. I have to question, why did Ash thus need to get his Snorlax? We saw a Heracross training with Feraligatr, could Ash not have used his Heracross? I am also sure (but not positive) that I saw a Heracross in the crowd shot of the contestants during the opening ceremony? Anyone able to clarify?
