::It's fine to work on improvements to templates in your userspace, but not when you make 14 edits in the span of less than an hour. Usersubpages count toward the total for userspace edits, which is currently set at 3 per day. If you had only gone over by one or two, I wouldn't have even put the message on your page, but you went way over.
