They find out that there's something preventing him from getting to the Pokémon Center where May and Max are: he doesn't know how to get to the Center May and Max are at. Unfortunately, May has a hard time explaining what road to take while Max brings out the Pokénav, which is no good considering that Ash can't really see it from where he's at.
