::::Ah, but the thing is these symbols aren't gibberish, they're ''apparent'' gibberish, just like French to any non-speaker and just like French (or any other language) there's a clear order to both, not just nonsense and if you how to translate them (i.e. if you speak french or know the cipher respectively) then you can discern that order.
