:My test shattered what I had previously thought about drying times, but i have a new theory which would make sense of the "drying rate" some websites have. | :My test shattered what I had previously thought about drying times, but i have a new theory which would make sense of the "drying rate" some websites have. | ||
Imagine the soil's moisture as a percentage, the soil turns orange at 50%, and white at 0% the percentage reduces by the drying rate each hour. the match for this is consistent with my recorded drying times without mulch, But if I'm right so far, a whole can of worms is opened for how mulch effects drying rate, because the growth much is making the Razz dry over 50% in one hour, but if the rate increase is by 25%, then it'd only lower by 43.75%.
