:No.  You, like so many before you, are actually talking about [['M]].  An easy mistake to make, given its ridiculous similarity to Missingno., and furthermore, the 'M article DOES touch on the Kangaskhan evolution.  I'm [[User:Missingno. MissingNo. on DeviantArt is popularly (that is, multiple different users) depicted as a bird Pokémon, kind of like a crane or a hawk in most cases. Anyone know why that is?
