Most Secret Pages are currently disallowed, due to their nature; working like a guestbook, anyone can edit them, which results in an awful lot of edits to the User: namespace, clogging up [[Special:RecentChanges|Recent Changes]] (as opposed to a "normal" User:space page, which is only edited by it's creator, and is within the three edits per day limit).
