I first learned of Pokémon in 1999 when I was 6. I was flipping through channels until I got to Pokémon. It was a cartoon so I went ahead and watched it. I thought the show was awesome. My friends from down the street introduced more of Pokémon to me. I learned of the games and cards from them. I remember getting my first cards, and when my dad got me Pokémon Red. | |||
I have been a Pokémon fan for nine years now, at the age of 15. Though other kids my age don't really like Pokémon, I still love the games, but not really the anime or the trading card game. | |||
