Himari tells the boy to reveal his name so that the declaration can be made, and he reveals his name to be [[Katsuki]]. Just before Haruhi can make the declaration, Ash and Goh return with the freed Chloe. Annoyed by the interruption, Katsuki sends out his Ariados and {{p|Ursaring}}. Ash and Goh prepare to battle him, but Haruhi asks them to leave it to her and Chloe. Katsuki's Pokémon attack with {{m|Poison Jab}}, {{m|Wing Attack}}, and {{m|Hammer Arm}}, all of which are blocked by Espeon's {{m|Reflect}} while Umbreon counterattacks with {{m|Snarl}}. Eevee then proceeds to dodge Ariados's String Shot and attack with {{m|Tackle}}, which Ariados easily shrugs off. Katsuki tells Ariados to use {{m|Pin Missile}}, but before Espeon can use Reflect again, Eevee uses {{m|Copycat}} to use it instead, blocking the Pin Missile. Haruhi has Umbreon use {{m|Dark Pulse}} to counter Noctowl's {{m|Air Slash}} while Espeon uses {{m|Wish}}.
