-AnimalTamer, you've parsed that sentence as if that's the full context of what an OOPA can and must be: "Other examples may suggest contact between different cultures that is hard to account for with conventional historical understanding." Also BrickMario, if the same game series in which Hoopa debuts mentions OOPArts (as opposed to a latter game series possibly "retconning" in new meaning by mention), it's probably likely that they intended this similarity.
