A quick question to make sure your edit on Cianwood City is thoroughly tested: which game were you playing while testing it? Judging by the edit history of [https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Cianwood_City&diff=1519152&oldid=1509410 the user who edited it], they seem to have been playing HGSS, since they added several other HGSS-related things in late September 2011. If you're playing Generation II, it's possible that this may be a change between generations that needs to be noted, not an error that needed to be removed.
