	We should double check them. I am fairly sure the Krookodile has Moxie, not Intimidate (it didn't Intimidate my Krookodile, which does have Intimidate, and then later it KOd my Chandelure, raising its Attack). Who assumed the Pokémon have their first Abilities? Even common Trainers seem to be able to have either of the regular Abilities in Generation V (in Black 2, one of the Policeman's Growlithe has different Ability that the Growlithe of a Clerk in Castelia; since only one lowered Attack with Intimidate).
