::The move was never named, but I find it highly unlikely that after the decision to make Rotom's thunderbolt orange in the first place, that it would then be yellow in BW130. It is incomprehensibly a different move. :::It doesn't sound like it's Thunderbolt, but if it wasn't named, it is extremely assumptive to say ''which'' move it is. Note that it's against Project Anime guidelines to list Surf or Fly just for a Pokemon swimming or flying if the move isn't commanded; I don't see how this is any different from that. Without the move being named, we can't know that it's specifically Discharge and not any of the other Electric-type moves in existence.
