:::::Ah, was it?  I wasn't sure if it was or not. ^-^'  I do see what you mean, however, but I narrowed down the possibilities. Thunderbolt was actually used in the Don George Tournament by a Joltik, and Joltik physically shocked Langley's Beartic instead of the electricity going around it. Usually with evolutions, moves tend to stay around the same method (Chimchar - Monferno - Infernape Mach Punch, but no other example are coming to me atm).  And while you're right that even though Joltik's little, the electricity curved itself around Oshawott. I suggest that we put it up, and if it is later confirmed to be a different move, we get rid of it, as simple as that. I just don't understand why when a move isn't said aloud, it isn't the move unless it's obvious like Flamethrower. *shrugs*  I'm not bragging ''at all'' when I say this, but I've put up some reasonable reasons to why it could be Thunder Wave and minused other possibilities, since Joltik doesn't learn any other Electric-type moves. When I put a move entry in the anime section, I do some extensive research before I deduce what the move is, comparing it to the other moves that it can learn.  Please know I'm just stating my reasons, and not trying to be difficult in any way. ^-^' [[User:Littlmiget123|Littlmiget123]] 01:10, 19 August 2011 (UTC)

==Murkrow SM038==
I added Murkrow to the list of anime Pokémon that have used Thunder Wave, but it has since been removed. I know about the policy for anime moves and understand moves like Hydro Pump and Bite have to be explicitly stated, but in this case the exact same animation used for Thunder Wave in the XY series was used in the episode. Also, no other move has an animation similar to this one and therefore can't be mistaken with another move (like with Hydro Pump and Water Gun), so there should be no uncertainty about which move was used.
