Possibly inspiration

Regidrago's teeth also resembles a bear trap. TossedDwarf5019 (talk) 20:52, 2 June 2020 (UTC)

I think that's more a consequence of having arms that are the two parts of a dragon's head, rather than it intentionally being based off a bear trap.--ForceFire 04:44, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Why do we think it'd be based on the Dark Ages. Wouldn't the Middle Ages make more sense for a dragon (especially since Dark type would make more sense for Dark Ages)? - unsigned comment from Hawthornen (talkcontribs)

The term "Dark Ages" used to refer to the early Middle Ages, but fell out of favour due to its negative connotations. I've changed it to "Middle Ages", which is the preferred term used among historians today. I've also added the Mesozoic, the Age of Reptiles, as a possible inspiration.
