As the dynamite was about to blow up, {{AP|Pikachu}} used {{m|ThunderShock}}, causing the dynamite to blow. Ash, Pikachu, {{MTR}}, [[Jessie]], and [[James]] were trapped in the rubble, and only Squirtle escaped. Down where they are trapped, the four humans and two Pokémon tried to find a way to get out, but they were cornered by some Pokémon that were long extinct. They guessed the explosion awakened them. They looked angry and they attack but suddenly stop and run off. Then the trio realized what had happened. An {{p|Aerodactyl}} appeared and swooped up Ash.
