Shadow Sneak inflicts damage, and is an increased [[priority]] move. If the target does not use an increased priority move during the round that it is used, Shadow Sneak will go first regardless of the user's or target's speed. If the target also uses a  move with an increased priority of +1 during the same round that the user uses Shadow Sneak, the attack order of the users will be

determined normally. If the user is put to {{Status|sleep}} or {{status|freeze|frozen}} during the round that Shadow Sneak is (or attempts to be) used, Shadow Sneak's increased speed priority will not be reset. Subsequently, it will only be reset on the turn after the user wakes up or is defrosted, or if the user switches out.

==={{g|UNITE}}===
In Pokémon UNITE, Shadow Sneak is {{p|Aegislash}}'s first move and {{p|Decidueye}}'s second move.

Aegislash starts with the move as {{p|Honedge}}. The user casts a shadow in the designated direction, dealing damage to enemies hit. After the shadow hits an enemy or travels its maximum distance, the user warps to the shadow's location, dealing damage to nearby enemies and increase boost count by 1. After evolving into {{p|Doublade}} at level 5, this move is replaced by either {{m|Sacred Sword}} or {{m|Shadow Claw}}.

Decidueye can obtain the move by reaching level 8 and upgrading {{m|Astonish}} into it instead of {{m|Leaf Storm}}. The user creates a shadow that takes hold of one enemy in the area of effect, dealing damage and decreasing their movement speed by 30%, decreasing their Defense by 60%, and increasing the user's movement speed by 70% for 3s. At level 13, the Defense decrease is now 80%.
