You don't need every minor detail of the story (e.g. every comment that RotomDex makes in the episode isn't necessary). :That was from my own research so there is a possibility that I might have got something wrong. But I played through every side story as I was doing the research and went to extensive lengths (often playing for many in-game years), so it wouldn't have been easy to have missed so many Level 2 Pokémon (unless they're really rare!). Mind you, I also look at Serebii to see if it correlates, but did find that there seemed to be many errors. For the other skills, I do those available at level 1 -> 2 -> 3, and roughly in order of the least costly to most costly within each of those levels, but also like grouping skills in a similar location or similar effect together.
