I'm guessing y'all have designed that parameter such that it probably works only for Gengar, or maybe a few more but certainly not all that need it. I've seen Ability change trivia removed from several species pages (like [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Ferrothorn_(Pok%C3%A9mon)&diff=2569657&oldid=2569651 Ferrothorn], for the first one off the top of my head), so I didn't think to check if the infobox was modified in this specific article. When an Ability completely changes like Gengar's (or {{p|Venipede}}'s), then it's easier to show the old one in a separate place. But when there is no old Ability, in our current layout, it's much harder to add a note about when the "new" one became available. (Unless you think of the old one literally as "None" and try to do the something like with Gengar for Ferrothorn's HA. That still seems a bit odd, perhaps, though. And that's mostly HAs...
