I don't think Lugia's gender should be "none" since it's unknown if genderless Pokemon apply in the anime, and therefore, not 100% confirmed. Page move
We already saw another Lugia in the anime, so thus, the fact that this Lugia was under "anime" would be confusing.--CosmosShipper

Gender
I don't think Lugia's gender should be "none" since it's unknown if genderless Pokemon apply in the anime, and therefore, not 100% confirmed.
