Now that every Pokémon has entries in all possible languages, I think that there should be a page with those entries, or, as another idea, just start adding the entries to each of the species pages (or make subpages like we have for older learnsets). :Our German partner wiki [[PokéWiki]] notes that it is Japanese in DPPt and BDSP. I reached out to them several months ago when I noticed the discrepancy, and they confirmed to me that it is Japanese in both generations.
