Just came here to comment on the name and I see somebody already did, but the comment was posted more than twelve years ago. Anyway, I was just thinking the exact same thing. I hadn't read the ''Narnia'' books as a kid, (and I still haven't read the ''Horse and His Boy'',) but--whether right or wrong--this is definitely something that would have stood out to me back in the day had the circumstances been different. In fact, last year I was helping the middle school English teacher to grade tests, and the book they were reading was ''The Horse and His Boy'', and when I saw the name "Rabadash" I immediately began to wonder. I mean the names are just too similar, and I kind of doubt it is mere coincidence seeing as the book is about a horse. (Although Rabadash wasn't a horse...)
