At some point, a Great Tusk escaped [[Area Zero]] and consumed some [[Herba Mystica]], which caused it to become the Quaking Earth Titan, one of the [[Titan Pokémon]] found in the [[Paldea]] region.
According to [[Professor Sada|AI Sada]], Great Tusks are ancient Pokémon and apparent relatives of both {{p|Donphan}} and {{p|Iron Treads}} that were brought to [[Area Zero]] through a [[Time travel|Time Machine]] the real Professor Sada had created 10 years ago.
