Release information
e-Reader data
This card was reprinted in the Base Set 2 reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan.  The card was subsequently released in the VS set, which was released only in Japan, and also in the Expedition set with different artwork and a reworded effect to reflect the new Special Condition Burned. The reworded effect is as follows:
The Expedition Base Set print includes a Dot Code strip for use with the e-Reader, and has the card ID A-26-#. The short strip contains a brief card summary. There is no long strip for this card.

Trivia
Release information
Origin
This card was included in the Base Set with artwork by Keiji Kinebuchi, first released in the Japanese Expansion Pack. It was reprinted in the Japanese Nivi City Gym, Kuchiba City Gym, Tamamushi City Gym, Yamabuki City Gym, and Guren Town Gym Theme Decks, the Squirtle Deck of the Japanese Intro Pack, the Base Set 2 expansion, and both Half Decks of the Japanese Intro Pack Neo.
Full Heal is an item in the Pokémon games.

Project TCGDex notice
It was later reprinted in the Japanese Pokémon VS expansion with new artwork by the same artist. This print was reprinted in the Expedition Base Set, first released in the Japanese Pokémon-e Starter Deck. This print updated the card effect to include the
umbrella term "Special Conditions" following the addition of the Burned Special Condition.

Full Heal was later reclassified in Japan as an Item card during the LEGEND Era, though the English prints did not adopt this naming convention until the release of the Black & White expansion. This card was reprinted in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with new artwork by Takashi Yamaguchi, first released in the Japanese SoulSilver Collection expansion. This card was reprinted again in the Black & White expansion with new artwork by 5ban Graphics, first released in the Japanese White Collection expansion.

It was again reprinted with new artwork by 5ban Graphics in the Furious Fists expansion, first released as one of several Japanese XY-P Promotional cards that became available in a number of different card boxes. These included the XY, released on December 13, 2013, the XY, released on December 13, 2014, and the XY BREAK, released on September 26, 2015. It was reprinted as a retro card in the Evolutions expansion, first released in the Japanese Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary subset, featuring the same artwork as the original print and an updated card template reminiscent of the Original Series layout.

Full Heal was reprinted again during the Sword & Shield Series in the Rebel Clash expansion with new artwork by Yoshinobu Saito, first released as one of the Japanese S-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was available in the Sword & Shield, released on December 6, 2019. It was reprinted in the Champion's Path expansion.
