When you mentioned Hidden Power's animation difference in DP, can you check if Platinum matches the DP one? Wasn't too sure about it myself. <span style="color:orange">Patty</span><span style="color:orange">Man</span> 04:14, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

:It's not the same. The Hidden Power animation in Platinum is the same as HG/SS, but not the same as D/P. == Charge ==
Replying to your edit summary from the Charge article, which read: "Please give a valid reason for reverting or reword the sections to make differences more obvious."
The difference is that the Special Defense increase is listed as lasting "until the end of the turn" in Generation IV, while regular in Generation V. You were the one who originally submitted this Generation IV information, and I haven't checked if it is correct. However, the edit of yours which I've now had to revert twice lists the effect as "until the end of the turn" in both generations, which I can confirm is false. == Multi-strike Moves in Gen III ==
Could you make sure that it also applies for Ruby or Sapphire, and Emerald? It may be that in those games, MSMs end after breaking a substitute, but continue in FR/LG. I've never heard of in-game mechanics changing in the same Gen, but there must be some reason why that trivia was in Gen IV and not III. --<font face="Segoe UI"><span style="text-shadow:grey 0.1em 0.1em 0.1em"><font color="red">IWanna</font>BeThe<font color="white">VeryBest</font></span></font> 00:08, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
Mirage Island Number - Your Analysis
Just wanted to say thank you so much for your analysis regarding what happens to the Mirage Island number! (It's the first time that I've apparently been mentioned on Tumblr, too, let alone contributing a question to such an analysis! XD) Sorry that it's taken me so long to notice that response; I mostly checked the talk page in the months prior to your response, but I never saw another reply and eventually the question kind of faded from my mind.. In any case, I left a response on the talk page for the Mirage Island article, posing some additional questions for your possible perusal, if you ever have the chance.
Also, I had a minor question regarding the analysis: When you mentioned "the value at 0x02026ABC is 0x57AA", in the Ruby screenshot's first row, I saw the "02026ABC" part in the left-most/first column, "57" in the second column, and "AA" in the third column. Were those the values/offsets that you were referring to as "0x57AA"?  Later on, for the Emerald screenshot, I saw "0x02026DE4" in the first row and the left-most/first column, but I couldn't see the zeroes (00)... It might be due to the size of the screenshot, but it seems like the digits for the first values of the second and third columns (from the left) are different sizes, and both of them vaguely look like either a "0" or an "8".. Thanks in advance for clarifying this issue! Fenyx4 (talk) 04:16, 5 February 2014 (UTC)
"Pokérus remaining" byte
I noticed you were the one who added the info on byte 85 of the Gen III Pokémon data structure. I've got a question about that, however - it obviously isn't the same byte as the one in the encrypted data (with strain and number of days left). What is it, then? Your edit summary is "Pokérus remaining. Starts always at FF, but decrease speed depends on species and other factors...". Is it a ticker that continuously ticks down during play based on these "factors"? And if so, what happens when it reaches 0? Is the Pokémon cured of its Pokérus? Is a "day" removed from the encrypted byte? Or something else entirely?
Looking forward to your answer! LpSamuelm (talk) 17:12, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
Spaceworld
Do NOT add information about the Spaceworld demo. It's validity is still being discussed. This is the only time you'll be warned about this. Thank you.--<span style="color:#EBC600">F</span><span style="color:#EBC600">orce</span><span style="color:#D8B600">F</span><span style="color:#D8B600">ire</span> 04:17, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
:Curious you word it like that, since it makes it seem like there would still be actual discussion around the legitimaty matter. But from what I've gathered looking at most of staff's comments, no one seems to be against the legitimacy of it, and it's more a concern about the legality, but even then, if it would ever be implemented on the future, cues should be taken from Pokéwiki's article on the this.
:However, at this point, you're the only person adamantly against its legitimacy, and the only person with the editing rights to actively be enforcing such measure. I'll respect your decision as per not go against the rules, but please don't be misleading.
