A Boarder is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. They are generally depicted as young men in winter clothing riding a snowboard.
They specialize in Ice-type Pokémon.
They have not appeared outside of Generation II games. There is data for them in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire; however, it is not used, and the art used for a Boarder is the same as a Youngster.
