Innards Out (Japanese: とびだすなかみ Flying Innards) is an Ability introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature Ability of Pyukumuku.

In battle
When a Pokémon with this Ability faints, it deals damage to its opponent equal to the amount of HP it had left before last being hit. It will not activate if the Pokémon fainted through indirect damage. Also, unlike Aftermath, it cannot be prevented by Damp.
Outside of battle
Innards Out has no effect outside of battle.
