Draco Meteor trivia
I remember this is the move that was designed by some Japanese fan around April to June 2006. Was his or her name ever published? --Johans Nidorino 21:18, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Mew?
Mew's page says it can't learn this... Which page is right?
- Mew can't. Dragon-types only. Arceus can't even learn it unless it becomes a Dragon-type. TTEchidna 20:59, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
- Before anyone else inquires, no, Mew can't learn Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, or Hydro Cannon either. For one, none of those three was ever a TM, unlike the other move tutors in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.
