:::::I’m guessing he’s referring to Kadabra. It’s ability to bend spoons was similar to the famous psychic Uri Geller, who sued the Pokémon Company in 2000 for using his likeness in what he claimed was a parody. Kadabra has not been featured in the anime or trading card games for years due to a lack of an agreement being reached.
