:It should be ''Pokémonum''. It doesn't make sense to apply English grammar to Latin. Latin is a language that works by changing the endings of words depending on the context of how they're used. ''Sheep'' is also singular and plural in English, but it's not in Latin. It just seems like they stuffed up.
