==Hair==
Oh, you're right! My bad. Serena the anime character's hair still isn't the same as the games.. Not exactly anyway. So I don't think we should refer to that as honey, especially since the hair in the game still isn't actually honey in truth. == Translation in Cantonese ==
Sorry, but how to explain the Cantonese meaning of Froakie and Bunnelby? What I done now should be blamed for rough copying Pikachu…… Excuse me. [[User:KyleRGiggs|Raymond]] 09:42, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
:Bunnelby finished, easy job there. But Froakie is very difficult to define 呱呱 there. [[User:KyleRGiggs|Raymond]] 09:49, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
::No worries, I'll be working on the Cantonese names soon enough. By the way, 呱呱 is the onomatopoeia for croaking. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 10:01, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
:::But 呱呱 does not mean croak, it's just an onomatopoeia. How to express it? [[User:KyleRGiggs|Raymond]] 10:03, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
::::Btw, is that 52poke confirms all transliteration already? If yes, please inform me. [[User:KyleRGiggs|Raymond]] 10:09, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
:::::All the Chinese Pokémon names used on 52Poké Wiki have already been confirmed to be official. The ones in Japanese have no official names yet. However, some of the translations used for characters and places are only temporary placeholders. They're indicated by the green template. Other than that, you're also free to make some edits the Chinese wiki. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 10:23, 13 July 2014 (UTC)

:::::::About that, that name hasn't actually been confirmed yet. We're still looking into it. == Anime episode staff question ==
I saw in [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Anime_staff_by_episode_%28XY001-XY010%29&diff=prev&oldid=2151314 your edit] of the XY001 staff that for Masaaki Iwane you used the romanization template, but for Maiko Katsuki you removed the commented out template while for all the other lines you left those comments in place. I was just curious about why you treated all those things differently. [[User:Tiddlywinks|Tiddlywinks]] ([[User talk:Tiddlywinks|talk]]) 02:32, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
:The one for Maiko Katsuki was accidental. I didn't intend to remove that comment. As for the other names, I didn't have the time to check which of the names has its own romanization template when I was adding the characters that time and did not want to leave in red links. (I was already sure Iwane has his own template, hence it was treated differently for the meantime.) I'll fix it when I have the time again, but if you want to revise it, you're free to do so. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 02:54, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
== Marilyn Flame and Ninja Riot ==
How do you know that Marilyn Flame's and Ninja Riot's names Japanese names were kept in the English version? --[[User:Maxim|Maxim]] ([[User talk:Maxim|talk]]) 16:43, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
:The Pokemon the movie XY Exhibition in Japan had provided an English version of [https://twitter.com/DogasusBackpack/status/494762032034349056/photo/1 the movie's summary]. Considering it also used "Ash", "Carbink", "Diamond Domain", and "Heart Diamond", I don't see any reason that the other names weren't kept in the English version. Millis and Argus were also kept, but the surname hasn't been revealed so far. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 00:46, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
== Daybreak Meteor Shower ==
I'm sorry, it's just this is the first time I've seen the translation Daybreak Meteor Shower. All the other websites I've gone to say Meteor Shower at Dawn or Dawn of the Meteor Shower. Sorry if this was an issue. [[User:DawnoftheSylveonShower|DawnoftheSylveonShower]] ([[User talk:DawnoftheSylveonShower|talk]]) 19:07, 6 September 2014 (UTC)
== Two names ==
Do you know what '''りーダーハヤテ''' and '''マイト''' translate to namewise? '''マイト''' is probably Maito but I'm not too familiar with Japanese. [[User:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Patty</span>]][[User talk:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Man</span>]] 20:44, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
:The first one is supposed to be '''リ'''ーダーハヤテ ''Leader Hayate''. マイト could either be ''Maito'' or ''Might''. Would you mind elaborating on the context? --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 00:47, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
::Sure; their names were on separate text boxes. The former was referred to as a Pokémon Ranger on his text box and the latter was referred to as a beginner. The names' text were larger than their titles. As for the latter, he would be called しんまいレンジャーマイト. [[User:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Patty</span>]][[User talk:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Man</span>]] 01:07, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
:::I see. The first one really refers to [[Spenser (Ranger)|Spenser]]. The other one does translate to ''Novice Ranger Might''. I'll go with ''Might'', since ''Maito'' is a very uncommon Japanese name. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 08:27, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
== Dragon Ascent ==
Still no source - but there is no any alternative translation available. [[User:KyleRGiggs|Raymond]] 13:07, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
:I see. I have to remove that since it's not an official translation, even though the name origin is a Chinese idiom. For all we know, they could assign different characters with the same reading in Japanese to the translation like 駕龍天征 or 臥龍轉生.  --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 14:36, 3 December 2014 (UTC)

What does '''各位網友大家好,我是楊宗衛,現在我開放神奇寶貝的圖片下載區,希望有需要的網友多多利用''' translate to? It's from [http://www.tces.chc.edu.tw/pathfinder/%E6%A5%8A%E5%AE%97%E8%A1%9B/new_page_1.htm this site], which appears to show early English names of {{cat|Generation I Pokémon}}. == Hey! ==
Hello. You edited the list of XY series episodes, and you messed up the code at the bottom of the page. I am thinking that you need to add a <nowiki>{{Episodelistfooter|Kalos}}</nowiki> to the bottom to fix it. I would do it myself, but only admins can edit the page. Thanks. --[[User:Jediknightdtv|<span style="color:blue">ジェダイナイト</span>]][[User talk:Jediknightdtv|<span style="color:green">ディーティーブイ</span>]] 02:55, 28 March 2015 (UTC)
==Using Infobox==
Hello, I am busy with working on a wikia, and I saw that Bulbapedia has a lot of Infoboxes (Pokémon info, Trainer info, Pokémon owned by a trainer.) How can I make them on my wikia? I hope you are willing to help, altough it isn't for Bulbapedia.[[User:Danny199|Danny199]] ([[User talk:Danny199|talk]]) 15:33, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
:For starters, you can read up on templates and infoboxes in [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Template here] and [[wp:Help:Designing infoboxes|here]] to give you a basic background. You can also look at some of the codes in the templates to give you an idea on how they work. I would suggest that you do not copy/paste the codes entirely, as they would not necessarily work on wikia due to some differences in the system. I hope that helps. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 12:46, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
== Language Help ==
Can you help with some foreign stage names for the areas I'm currently working on?  See for instance [[Gold Plateau]] and others in my [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Special:Contributions/CycloneGU contribution history].  I currently have six in total, but will eventually be making pages for more new areas once I get a few more levels in the game and am able to get the Balloons needed (not to mention finish confirming everything on the current projects).  [[User:CycloneGU|CycloneGU]] ([[User talk:CycloneGU|talk]]) 04:57, 21 April 2015 (UTC)
:I'll get right on it when I find some time again. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 01:38, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
::No rush.  I just mainspaced [[Gold Plateau]] and [[Silver Isles]], so if no one else gets to them first, I left those areas blank.  The rest are still in userspace.  [[User:CycloneGU|CycloneGU]] ([[User talk:CycloneGU|talk]]) 03:00, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
== Err ==
While flipping though pages in the Ash and Pikachu manga, I stumbled across a quote in a talk bubble which contained, '''ヤンヤンマ、{{tt|衝撃波|しょうげきは}}だ!!'''. It was probably commanding a Pokémon to use a move or something. [[User:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Patty</span>]][[User talk:Pattyman|<span style="color:orange">Man</span>]] 20:59, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
:I assume it's something on the line of "Yanma, launch a shock wave!", though I have to note that it's not referring to the move {{m|Shock Wave}}... --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 01:02, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
::The volume the page was in was released before the move Shock Wave was introduced so you're right about it not being referred to as the move. Yanma couldn't learn the move anyway. == Satay King Promotion ==
Hi there,
From HK here. You too?
From the contents of the advertisement (https://www.facebook.com/satayking.hk/photos/a.203253713026494.51515.202801939738338/1272833152735206/?type=1&permPage=1), it's actually July to October. Guess one can also update with the merchandise-and-food-for-sale bits, though most people would be disinterested in that. [[User:Ching Yeung|CY]] ([[User talk:Ching Yeung|talk]]) 11:08, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
:Not quite, I was just asked to create an article on it. The Satay King website wasn't loading well for me, so I based it on the summary I got from the Google search. But thank you for pointing it out, I have made the necessary changes. --[[User:神奇超龍|<font color="#2B547E">'''超龍'''</font>]]<small>「'''[[User talk:神奇超龍|Chao]]'''」</small> 11:33, 26 July 2015 (UTC)

I'd be so glad to upload the image, but uh... there's a small, minuscule problem with that; every time I try, it says I don't have permission to create new pages at archives.bulbagarden.net, not to mention I'm not sure ''who'' to ask for permission, so... what else was I supposed to do other than link to the image? --[[User:IM-T-MAN2|IM-T-MAN2]] ([[User talk:IM-T-MAN2|talk]]) 17:46, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
:I presume that your account over the archives hasn't been autoconfirmed, so I suggest you make a number of edits in the archives before trying again. Got time to tackle [http://pastebin.com/XbL5qH0h this]?  It's a datamined list of all Pokémon in Pokémon Picross, but for some odd reason, he datamined the Japanese version of the game, not the English one.  I could probably load up the various pages and compare them one at a time to the list, but translating directly might be quicker.  [[User:CycloneGU|CycloneGU]] ([[User talk:CycloneGU|talk]]) 18:08, 4 December 2015 (UTC)
:Actually, later found out that the user did translate it [http://pastebin.com/JHfcK4Ck here], so that might be the same list.  Provided it's the same list, I'm good after all. =)  [[User:CycloneGU|CycloneGU]] ([[User talk:CycloneGU|talk]]) 19:19, 4 December 2015 (UTC)
