Ken (Japanese: ケン Ken) is a character who appears in the Pokémon Get da ze! manga. He is one of Shū's many rivals.

History

Shū meets Ken for the first time in Battle in the Fog. Though Shū had never met Ken before, Ken knew exactly who he was and claims that Shū is very famous among Pokémon Trainers. Shū challenges Ken to a battle and eventually defeats him. As a prize for winning, Ken gives Shū a guitar which he autographed, claiming that it is a very valuable item. Unknown to Ken, Shū finds the item totally useless.

		Ken is seen riding a Dragonite when he appears for the first time.

		Koffing
		Koffing is Ken's main Pokémon. He uses it in battle against Shū. Due to the teamwork of Shū's Pikachu and his newly caught Zubat, they were able to defeat Koffing. Koffing's only known move is SmokeScreen.

		Ken uses a Pidgeotto in his battle against Shū. He commanded Pidgeotto to attack from above.
