Few Pokémon inspire awe and wonder like Dragon-type Pokémon, and in the Dragons Exalted expansion, they come ready to rule the game! And with a grand mix of all-new Pokémon-EX and a horde of Dragon-type Pokémon to take to the skies and take the battlefield by storm, plus new Trainer cards and new Special Energy cards, you’ll be ready for the roar of dragons and the glory of battle!
- Brand-new Energy type: Dragon!
- 15 Dragon-type Pokémon!
- A dozen Pokémon-EX, including 6 full-card-art Pokémon!
- Over 120 cards in all!
Information
Dragons Exalted is the first set to feature the Dragon-type in English, and features 2 Dragon-type Pokémon-EX cards, Giratina-EX and Rayquaza-EX, as well as featuring Terrakion-EX. Dragons Exalted features cards from the Dragon Blade and Dragon Blast expansions, the Hydreigon Half Deck and the Garchomp Half Deck.
The Japanese counterpart, Dragon Blast · Dragon Blade features the Dragon-type previously introduced in the Dragon Selection release of the TCG. Dragon Blast features Hydreigon and takes place in and around N's Castle, and Dragon Blade features Garchomp and takes place in and around the Pokémon League. Accompanying the two sets are two half decks, the Hydreigon Half Deck and the Garchomp Half Deck. Dragon-type Pokémon-EXs are included in the set.
The artwork in the sets features locations around the Unova region. For example, Drifloon can be found in N's Castle and Hoppip is depicted outside Dragonspiral Tower.
