Release information

This card was available during the Pokémon Stamp Rally BW, which ran from July 16 to August 31, 2011 across all regional JR services. Among the various events held over the course of the Stamp Rally, this card could be obtained by taking part in the JR Hokkaidō Pokémon Survey Team 2011 campaign, which ran from July 30 to August 21, 2011. Passengers taking part in the campaign were tasked to identify Pokémon or items in their guidebook, placing the correct stickers above the relevant description by deciphering the notes or finding the answer at select stations across the network. Those that correctly identified four were awarded Victini by presenting their results at Sapporo Station. Those that correctly identified all fifteen were awarded this card and a Reshiram card upon their return to Sapporo Station.

Trivia

  • This card was only released as a jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
  • The card features the Pokémon Survey Team 2011 campaign logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork, and the JR Hokkaidō logo above the Pokédex entry.
  • This card also shares the highest attack damage of any printed card with several other Jumbo promotional cards. The highest base attack damage on any tournament legal card remains 200.
