This is a list of Pokémon that includes all Pokémon that can legitimately have their Hidden Abilities. Abilities are special powers that all Pokémon have. Introduced in Generation V, Hidden Abilites are a type of Ability that are obtained a different way than regular ones, and are usually somewhat more difficult to get. Not all Pokémon have a Hidden Ability that differs from their regular one though, and not all Pokémon can legally have their Hidden Ability. Pokémon with Hidden Abilites are usually not encountered in-game. Instead, they are generally found from the Pokémon Dream World. However, there are several other ways of obtaining certain Pokémon with Hidden Abilities without befriending them from the Pokémon Dream World, such as events*, Pokémon Global Link promotions, and two places in Unova. As for Breed, if a female Pokémon with a Hidden Ability breeds with a male Pokémon in a compatible egg group, the offspring will have a 60% chance of also having the Hidden Ability.
This is a list of Pokémon that includes all Pokémon that can legitimately have their Hidden Abilities.

Note that Pokémon that are obtainable through the Pokémon Dream World but do not have Hidden Abilities or evolutionary relatives (such as Castform) will not be listed. While Metapod, Starly, and other similar Pokémon do not have a Hidden Ability that differs from the regular ability, their evolutionary relatives do have one, therefore they are included on this list. If only one gender is possible while the species itself can be either gender, gender will be specified. will not have their genders specified. Levels will also be specified if the Pokémon is obtainable at a level that is not level 10. If the level is not specified, then the Pokémon is level 10.

Pokémon with Hidden Abilites are usually not encountered in-game, with Musharna and Darmanitan, as well as event Pokémon and breeding, being exceptions. Instead, they are generally found from the Pokémon Dream World. However, there are several other ways of obtaining certain Pokémon with Hidden Abilities without befriending them from the Pokémon Dream World, such as events, Pokémon Global Link promotions, and two locations in Unova. As for breeding, if a female Pokémon with a Hidden Ability breeds with a male Pokémon in a compatible egg group, the offspring will have a 60% chance of also having the Hidden Ability; the ability cannot be passed on if Ditto is a parent.

For this list, note that Pokémon that are obtainable through the Pokémon Dream World but do not have Hidden Abilities or evolutionary relatives (such as Castform) will not be listed. While Metapod, Starly, and other similar Pokémon do not have a Hidden Ability that differs from the regular ability, their evolutionary relatives do have one. Therefore, they are included on this list. If only one gender is possible while the species itself can be either gender (as is the case of promotions), gender will be specified. will not have their genders specified. Levels will also be specified if the Pokémon is obtainable at a level that is not level 10.
