The feathers at the top and sides of Swanna's head are actually very similar to [http://www.ballet.co.uk/images/enb/dk_swan_lake_begona_cao_studio_pose_arms_500.jpg Odette's head piece from the ballet], so it very well could be the inspiration. Could we take out the part about Swanna being inspired by Odette? I don't think there is nearly enough evidence to say that. Besides the fact that both characters are swans I see no simmilarity. Swanna isn't cursed and it does not seem to have any connection with royalty or nobility. :::The "feather crown" that Odette wears on her head looks like the feather formation on Swanna's head. And the feathers on Swanna's chest looks like the top part of Odette's dress. It had nothing to do with Pokédex entries or the stories. I was merely stating the similarity between Odette's outfit and Swanna's appearance. I know that Swanna isn't cursed. I just brought up the fact that at some point in the story Odette turned into a swan, the creature Swanna is based on.
