as noted at the top of every page on the site, userspace editing is being heavily downplayed due to extrenuous server stress. you edited 8 times which is 7 too many, meaning your page has been protected for 7 days. however, our userspace policy dissallows regular userspace usage to the level you did, meaning this is also an official userspace warning. please edit the mainspace more often and for any questions, you can ask, or check one of the many links in the Welcome up top. -- MAGNEDETH 22:07, 5 April 2010 (UTC)

follow them. putting teams and such on your talk page is blatantly avoiding the userspace policy. do it again, and the block will be much longer.
