Given that the most common methods of achieving a specific form are through form change or Evolution, I believe it is appropriate and helpful to indicate on the [[Form]] article that some forms are not achieved through either, with Bloodmoon Ursaluna being just one example of such a case. In fact, official sources also felt like this was important to distinguish when explaining Bloodmoon Ursaluna's form: ''[https://scarletviolet.pokemon.com/en-us/pokemon/bloodmoon_ursaluna/ The Pokémon is unique in that its altered appearance cannot be attributed to Evolution or form change.]'' I also think we could expand the section to mention unique forms that are also gender differences, such as Meowstic and Basculegion. There's also Toxtricity, whose form is determined by Toxel's Nature.
