Any chance we could possibly call this Laiun Island, at least until the English names are revealed?  The island names have a musical note theme going on (do-re-mi-fa-so-la-si), and "thundercloud" kind of deviates from that a little ''too'' much. It's why all of the Pokémon whose Japanese trademarked names begin with an L (Lugia, Latias, Lucario) are named with an R by the weeaboo fans (Rugia, Ratiasu, Rukario), because that's what the katakana of their names translates as if romanized Hepburn-style (ルギア,　ラティアス,　ルカリオ).
