How does it affect single-gender Pokémon? For example, let's say I'm on {{rt|209|Sinnoh}} in Diamond in the daytime. Normally the rates and Pokémon are:
*20% Starly
*5% Chansey
*45% Bibarel
*25% Staravia
*5% Mime Jr.
