Look.  Yes, Happiny is the only Pokémon caught so far that beyond any measure of doubt must be female.  But given the circumstances - given that Ash has formally caught 25 Pokémon, not counting the thirty Tauros - given how girly most of May's Pokémon were - given that ''Aipom and Buneary are both confirmed as female and were caught prior to Happiny - can you please stop insisting that Happiny'' is the only definite one? It strongly suggests an evolution is going to take place. As this is meant to be his sendoff episode, most likely to be a doctor, as suggested by the title, Happiny's evolution is supported by the title itself using 2 + 2 = 4 theory of Nurse Joys always having a Chansey or Blissey.
